How to Order Wedding Rings
On the page of your desired ring design, click the "Add to Shopping Bag" button. A pop-up window will appear showing that the item has been added. When you are ready to continue with the ordering process, please proceed to the Shopping Bag page.
One order may include up to 5 items.
Please be aware that the contents of your Shopping Bag will be lost if you switch to a different browser or device, or if a certain amount of time has elapsed since you added the items.
How to Order Engagement Rings
1.Choose the Design and Send an Inquiry
Click the “Inquire About this Ring” button on the design page, select your desired diamond grade and price range, enter your contact information and any requests you might have, and click the "Send Your Inquiry" button. To include more designs in your inquiry, click the ”Add Other Designs" button. You may include up to 5 designs in one inquiry.
2.Receive Suggestions from Our Diamond Advisors
Our diamond advisors will send you an email with recommended diamonds and setting options that fit your desired grade and price range. The recommended diamonds can be purchased until the expiration date listed in the email.
3.Make Your Selection and Order
Select your desired diamond and setting combination from the suggested options and place your order. Your ring will be created and delivered upon receipt of payment.
Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email from the CIWAKA Online Store. If you cannot find the email, please check your spam folder for any emails from CIWAKA. If you have not received the confirmation email, please let us know via the Contact Us page.
Production Time
Because our products are intended to be order-made, where we take the customer's choice of design, material, size, and other options that may be available, and make the piece specifically for that customer, it may take several weeks from the date of your order until the item is completed and ready for shipping. For approximate shipping dates, please refer to each ring design page.
Return Policy
Once payment has been completed, order modifications, cancellations, exchanges, returns and refunds are not accepted. For more information, please see the Terms of Use page.
